In this week’s episode, I share my story of when I got diagnosed with kidney cancer and what it was like having to face the reality that we all will die, and we NEVER know when. I’ll also give you some ways we can stop putting off the things that give our life meaning and a sense of integrity, and start living a life of no regrets, making the most of whatever time we have. For some this means more adventure. For some it means forgiving (including ourselves). There are so many ways this can look. But for all of us, it means more freedom.

This week I sit down with Cathy Raven Toldi, an instinctive meditation teacher, Zen priest, and sacred Eros guide. We jammed about expanding our concepts of Eros and sex and how that connects us with our own deep spiritual practice and the wild world around us. Plus, Raven shares one practice that we can all try right now to tap into our own Eros energy from a more wholistic perspective.
